Welcome to Your Exotic Puppy. Before purchasing one of our dogs, we kindly ask you to read and understand the following terms and conditions. These terms establish the rights and responsibilities of both the breeding facility and the customer, with the aim of ensuring the well-being of our dogs and the satisfaction of our customers.

1. Dog Acquisition:
1.1. Dogs can only be acquired by individuals who are 18 years old or older, or by minors with the proper authorization from their parents or legal guardians.
1.2. Dogs will be delivered vaccinated, dewormed, and with a health certificate issued by a veterinarian. The customer will receive a copy of these documents via email at the time of delivery.

2. Payment and Reservations:
2.1. To reserve a dog, a non-refundable deposit of [percentage or amount] of the agreed total price will be required. The remaining payment must be made prior to the dog’s delivery.
2.2. In the event that the customer cancels the reservation, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the breeding facility.

3. Delivery and Transportation:
3.1. The customer will be responsible for picking up the dog at the agreed location with the breeding facility. Shipping costs and transportation expenses are completely free and covered by us, if necessary.
3.2. The breeding facility will ensure that the dog is in good health and meets all legal requirements prior to delivery. However, it is not responsible for any illness or injury that the dog may develop after delivery.

4. Customer Responsibility:
4.1. The customer undertakes to provide the dog with necessary care, including proper nutrition, regular veterinary attention, exercise, and socialization.
4.2. The customer must comply with all local laws and regulations related to dog ownership, including obtaining mandatory licenses and vaccinations.
4.3. The customer may not resell, give away, or transfer ownership of the dog without prior written authorization from the breeding facility.

5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. All images, texts, and content related to the breeding facility may not be used without prior written authorization.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the points established above.
